This is a new endeavor, the politically not-so-correct collection of my (and Susan's) experiences and thoughts about the Valley we have loved and lived in for 35 years. I just completed a tour of duty on the Board of the Dry Creek Valley Association, I was also the founding President of the Winegrowers of Dry Creek Valley. But this blog is my own; if I have an ax to grind it is my ax only. Any links to other organizations herein do not imply their endorsement; only their interest.
My hopes for this blog is to find and tell stories, to share thoughts, and raise awareness of stuff--both good and bad--going on in our Valley. I'm hoping it will be fun, funny at times, and will set you, my opportunistic reader, to thinking about what is real and important in our time and place.
